By using filestream web site we can directly download the torrent file form IDM
First go to Filestream then Register then Verify using your Gmail.
then Copy "Magnet link address given into the torrent site"
then open filestream account paste link beside "Upload torrent" click on button
it will take sometime then you can click on download button and save as you wish...
OR
Use zbigz Website to Direct download by Uploading your torrent upto 1GB.
