How to block any website using URL Address ??

First create a text file 

Then right click Open Properties and in Target Click and add

“C:\Windows\System32\notepad.exe C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts”

Then Click on Advanced Button and select “Run as administrator” 

After That Click Apply and Ok.

Then Open file it will Look Like

Now add Your Website name after putting TAB button

   (1 TAB)  127.0.0.1   (1 TAB)  www.gilisoft.com        

                   127.0.0.1                  gilisoft.com

Now Open your Browser and open website www.gilisoft.com . it should be Blocked.
